Once and Forever Co. is a wedding photo booth business run by Lani and Spencer in metro Atlanta, Georgia. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, sign up for our early bird list, or book with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill out one of our forms (on our website, through HoneyBook, or through a sign-up form on Facebook or Instagram), we collect what you give us. That's usually your name, email address, phone number, and answers to our questions, like your wedding date, your venue, or how you found us.

If you book with us, we also keep your contract, your event details, and payment records. Payments go through HoneyBook, and we never see or store your full card number.

At your event, our photo booth takes photos and, if you choose a video guest book, short videos of your guests. Those belong to your event and are shared with you in your gallery.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to you and send what you asked for, like show details or your early bird bonus
• remind you about the bridal show or a video call you booked
• plan, run, and follow up on your event if you book with us
• send your gallery and guest book

We keep follow-up short. If you join our early bird list, expect a confirmation and a reminder or two before the show, nothing more.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about the show, your booking, or your event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information, and we never will.

We share it only with the tools we use to run the business: HoneyBook (bookings, contracts, payments, and email), Meta (if you signed up through a Facebook or Instagram form), and our photo booth software (to deliver photos to you and your guests). Each of them handles your information under their own privacy policies.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and early bird information for up to two years, so we can reach you about your wedding. If you book, we keep your booking records as long as we need them for taxes and our business records. Event galleries stay available for the time listed in your contract.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our services are for adults planning weddings. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
